Eric Iman is a 3rd generation auctioneer, his grandfather, Cleve Iman, having started Iman Auction Company in 1947. Growing up in the auction industry, Eric attended Missouri Auction School in 1994. He worked with Iman Auction Company in full and part-time capacity as an auctioneer and realtor until 2005. During this time Eric received his bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri - Columbia, studied Art History with the University of Georgia - Lamar Dodd program in Cortona, Italy, and gained his Certified Appraisers Guild of America qualification. In 2005, Eric and his wife Erica, joined the U.S. Peace Corps and were sent to serve in Choibalsan, Mongolia. At the end of this 2-year program they spent 2 months living and working on a blueberry farm on the island Sakikamijima, Japan. Now living in Edwardsville, Illinois, Eric is working with UC Wallingford Group to pioneer online auctions of estates and antiques in the St. Louis area and Southern Illinois.

Jason resides in Northeast Missouri and holds Missouri, Iowa and Illinois real estate broker’s licenses. Jason finished #9 in sales volume among 4,000 salespersons within the United Country franchise for 2007, #4 in 2008, #8 in 2009 and #10 in 2010. His ability to focus on a sales transaction is uncanny and he maintains an extremely high list:sale ratio. Specializing in large land tracts, rural lifestyle and commercial properties.

Prior to beginning his sales career, Chinn attended Northwest Missouri State University, where he was a 4-year letter winner in football and 2-year letter winner in track. Born and raised in Monroe City, Mo., Chinn currently resides in Hannibal, Mo., with his wife Melissa. In his free time, he enjoys hunting with his nieces and nephews and watching his brother, Joe, play football at Northwest Missouri State.

Cesar, was born and raised in Keosauqua, Iowa. She lived there for the majority of her life, and she loves the town and the people. Her biggest passion in life is for horses – a passion that led her to Colorado, where she worked on a dude ranch guiding horseback rides through the Rocky Mountain National Park. She also spent time performing the same duties in Florida. As much as she loved Colorado and enjoyed Florida, she always longed to move back to the country, which she did. Cesar now resides in Kahoka, Mo and is ready to assist buyers and sellers with all their real estate needs in NE Missouri.
